Regional Sales Manager
In this role, you'll be tasked with transforming customer ideas or visions into actionable opportunities, crafting requests for quotes to be seamlessly handed over to our Sales Support and Technical Team.

What You’ll Do
- •Build strong and successful relationships with customers
•Make outbound calls to sell company products
•Recommend improvements to boost performance for the sales team
•Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
•Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
•Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements
•Travel to represent the company and achieve the assigned goal
•Attend Weekly Sales Meetings
•Work with Product Design to best determine how to meet the project needs with reasonable equipment design and function through presentation drawings
•Process orders accurately within assigned timelines
•Check others work for accuracy and conformance to product and quotation templates
•Car Travel
•Expect to travel within Michigan and beyond encompassing domestic customers within the US as well as occasional international travel such as Canada and Mexico
•Clean driving record
•Submits purchase orders for sales order entry
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Working location is on-site in office (non-remote) when not traveling
