Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant reports to the General Manager and is responsible for providing support to Hwacheon Management in order to ensure effective administrative operation for the company, contribute to and impacts on the Hwacheon operations with a good professional and ethical attitude procuring in a smooth and proficient way a flow of procedures in benefit not only of internal operations but customer satisfaction as well.

What You’ll Do
- • Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents, maintain office files, open and distribute mail.
• Create the AP/AR vouchers using Microsoft Excel.
• Entering Accounts Receivable invoices into QuickBooks
• Assist Management with Personnel travel reports, bookings and reservations.
• Assist the General Manager with data for the ERP System.• Updating and maintaining daily expenses
• Monitor, maintain, and place orders for Office and Maintenance supplies.
• Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, direct call and respond to inquiries
• Assist dealers and end user with issues related to invoicing.
• Prepare Agendas for meetings, travel arrangements, and events for the president.
• Assist Accounting executing budget and financial forecast activities.
• Take and distribute minutes at meetings, preserve confidential records and files, maintain record of decisions.
• Support the General Manager in any Administrative requirements
• Assist with preparing internal monthly financial reports
• Assist with financial reports for quarterly board meeting
• Responsible for any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements
• Quickbooks experience required
• Minimum 1 year accounting experience
